Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented Office Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, offering administrative support across the organization and delivering outstanding customer service to our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, ensuring professional communication.
Manage meeting room bookings and organize conference and meeting room spaces.
Provide accurate information via phone/email.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions or escalating as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills & Competencies:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
High degree of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Customer service attitude and ability to handle stressful situations calmly and with diplomacy.
Qualifications:
High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Experience in customer service, reception, or related field.
Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
